Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges of our items once the payment is made due to sanitation reasons. We will only accept exchanges if the product is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (on the day of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. The defective or incorrect item will be replaced with a new one.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on personalised items, custom items made especially for a customer or gift cards. The design of the personalised or customised  items will be sent to the customer for approval. Once approved, the sale is final and no changes may be made to the product and it will not be eligible for an exchange.


Refunds

Once a product is purchased, the sale is final and NO REFUNDS will be accepted.
