Shipping policy

Due to many of our products being handmade in South Africa, the approximate lead time for the specific product is listed in the information section of each item. Personalised items and handmade products are made as orders are placed, and once final payment is received, the item will be placed in the production line and you will be notified of an expected date of completion. You will then be contacted once your item is ready for shipping.

We deliver to your door at a flat rate of R85 per delivery to main cities. Areas that fall outside the main cities may incur additional charges.

If an item shows it is OUT OF STOCK please contact us at info@cuddlemecutie.com to find our when the item will be restocked.
